Mr. Padilla has extensive professional experience in litigation and dispute resolution. During his career as attorney he was part of the law firm Rincon Mayorga & Roman, working mainly in constitutional litigation. As partner of the law firm Pravo Corporativo he has participated in important legal controversies in Jalisco.

He is professor of Human Rights human rights and constitutional guarantees at the Universidad de Guadalajara (UdeG).
