Karla has focused her practice on corporate law, specializing in commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, and private international law. During her eight years in the legal profession, she has held key roles as in-house counsel for various multinational companies. This experience has solidified her expertise in key sectors, particularly in the pharmaceutical and agro-industrial industries.
Experiencia Profesional
Karla is a member of the firm’s Corporate & Business practice group, specifically serving as an in-house counsel for ACR’s Corporate practice. Her primary focus is on corporate law, drafting contracts, and advising clients on business matters both in Mexico and abroad.
In 2016, Karla joined Ramos, Ripoll & Schuster, where she currently serves as a Senior Associate on the Corporate & Business team. Before joining the firm, she was part of the practice team at Correduría 73 in Jalisco, where she worked for a period of one and a half years.
