Alejandro Schuster holds a law degree with Honors from Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara campus. His practice focuses on commercial, civil, and constitutional litigation, as well as insolvency proceedings.

Alejandro is a founding partner and practicing attorney at Ramos, Ripoll & Schuster, where he leads the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group.
Alejandro earned a Master’s Degree in Private Law with Honors from the same university, specializing in Civil and Commercial Procedural Law, as well as Obligations and Contract Law, where he also completed seminars in Philosophy of Law and Legal Research.

Julio César holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana (UAM) and has more than seven years of professional experience in administrative and accounting matters, planning and evaluation, office management, executive assistance, and general office coordination. He currently resides in Mexico City.
Experiencia Profesional
Throughout his professional career, he has collaborated with organizations such as: the Federal Judicial Branch (PJF), the Center for Labor Research and Union Consulting (CILAS) A.C., the Placemaking Mexico Foundation A.C., and the Mexican State Public Broadcasting System (SPR), among others, providing high-value administrative support and developing initiatives to improve processes and procedures in the areas of planning and evaluation, human resources, administration, and finance.
In addition, he collaborates on an ad hoc basis with the UAM and various independent unions, providing support on academic research topics for the preparation of articles, academic events, certificate programs, symposia, and various conferences.
Julio César joined the Firm in October 2025 as an Administrative Assistant on the Infrastructure and Energy team in the Mexico City office.
