Arturo Hegewisch obtained his bachelor’s degree in Law (J.D. equivalent) from Universidad
Panamericana, Mexico City Campus, and a Diploma in Notary Public Law, issued by the
Institute of Legal Research of UNAM, as well as a master’s degree in Tax Law from
Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara Campus.

Mr. Hegewisch has over 20 years of work experience on the professional practice of law in the
public sector, particularly on aspects related to liquidation of companies and governmental
activities, as well as litigation in Administrative, Fiscal, Amparo and Agrarian Law.
Formación Académica
During his professional career, Arturo has held various positions, including Fiscal, Amparo
and Agrarian Legal Coordinator in the Liquidation of the Light and Power of the Center in the
Service of Administration and Disposal of Assets (SAE) nowadays (INDEP), Asset Reception
Administrator as well as National Coordinator of the Portfolio Recovery Trust (FIDERCA) on
the same organism.
Likewise, he served as Deputy Director of Legal Formalization and tax area manager in the
Liquidation Trust of Institutions, Organizations and Auxiliary Credit Activities (FIDELIQ).
He has been a professor of Taxes at Universidad Panamericana, Mexico City Campus, and of
Administrative Law at Universidad La Salle, as well as the following courses of Law, Society
and State, History of Legal Culture, History of Mexican Law and Legal Argumentation at
Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara Campus.

Suri Daniela earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the Law School of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). During her final year of studies, she completed a specialization in Financial Law at the same institution.
She joined Ramos, Ripoll & Schuster in January 2025. Prior to that, she worked at a Fintech company, where she participated in structuring and negotiating investment rounds for small and medium-sized Mexican companies. She also focused her practice on the entity’s regulatory and corporate compliance with the country’s financial authorities, primarily the National Banking and Securities Commission.
