General Background
Gabriel Gallo obtained his Law Degree from the Faculty of Law at Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara campus. He has a law specialization in Obligations and Contracts and in business corporations from the Faculty of Law at Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara campus.
Gabriel has focused his practice in the area of corporate and business law, he advises national and international clients. He has participated in several operations of M&A, real estate development, and in the restructuring and organization of corporations.

He joined the Firm in 2022 as part of the Corporate and Business team at our Guadalajara office.
Prior to joining Ramos Ripoll & Schuster, he worked at BRAB Abogados law firm in the corporate and transactional area, and previously at González Luna Abogados in the corporate and transactional area.
