Subsequently, Humberto was an intern in the corporate area at Vitro, S.A.B. de C.V. (2020-2021) where he focused mainly on matters related to Corporate Governance Departments.
Recently, Humberto worked at the firm Basham Ringe y Correa, S.C. (2021-2023) in the Corporate area where he carried out activities related to management and administration of corporate books and records, drafting of shareholders and partners meetings and incorporation of foreign companies in Mexico. Ultimately, he worked as Legal Counsel at Cemex, S.A.B. de C.V. (2023-2024) where he was in the Corporate Compliance Legal Department and was part of transactions in the Mergers and Acquisitions area.
