General Background
Rosa Isela holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Universidad Azteca de Guadalajara. She has participated in various training courses, including “How to Effectively Serve the Customer” and “Telemarketing” at the Furniture Industry Chamber, and “International Payment Methods” at the National Bank for Foreign Trade (BANCOMEXT).
She has over fifteen years of professional experience in the administrative field, having worked with major companies in the furniture, real estate, and automotive sectors in roles related to management, customer service, sales and after-sales support, credit and collections, among other administrative tasks. Throughout her career, she has also been involved in export operations.
Rosa Isela joined the Firm in 2021 as part of the Corporate & Business, Tax & Foreign Trade, and Labor & Social Security teams in our Guadalajara office, supporting as an Administrative Assistant.
