Fernanda graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (“ITESMâ€), Monterrey campus, where she obtained her law degree in 2021. She is currently pursuing a Diploma in Corporate Law from the same institution.
With five years of professional experience, Fernanda specializes in Corporate Law and Real Estate Law, advising clients across various sectors, including industry, and real estate development, particularly within condominium property regimes.
In her corporate law practice, Fernanda has provided legal counsel to national clients, including corporate entities, partners, and shareholders, assisting in their daily operations. She has experience in corporate structuring, company incorporation, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance, offering tailored legal solutions to businesses from diverse industries.
In her real estate practice, Fernanda has advised buyers and sellers in both commercial and residential transactions. She has worked closely with developers on real estate development and construction matters, with a particular focus on condominium regimes.
Her expertise includes negotiating property sale agreements, lease contracts, and advising on real estate investment strategies.

Fernanda began her higher education at ITESM in 2017, where she obtained her degree in Law in 2021.
She is currently enrolled in a Corporate Law Diploma program, which is being offered by the same institution. She started the program in 2024 and will complete it in 2025.

Fernanda began her professional career at Castañeda, Graña y Seceñas, as an intern in the Corporate Law department, where she remained for one year.
Subsequently, she joined the legal team at Mateos Hoyt ("MH"), where she developed expertise in Corporate Law, Real Estate Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms.
At MH, Fernanda started as an intern in these areas, and over time, she was promoted to attorney and associate at the firm, where she worked for four years.
Currently, Fernanda is part of the Corporate and Business department at Ramos, Ripoll & Schuster. |
