General Background
Mariana is 25 years old, she graduated from Universidad Uno de Occidente with a law degree, she enjoys providing general and special supervision and support to the litigation attorneys in the defense and sponsorship of the trials entrusted to her, distributing the work force and providing supervision and execution in the legal administration.
Ms. Mariana has experience as an administrative assistant, taking control of the file and documentation of lawsuits as well as in the support of hearings before the Court of Arbitration and Escalafón, attention and discharge of subpoenas before the Attorney for the Defense of the Worker, discharge of subpoenas before the Institute of Alternative Justice of the State of Jalisco, ratification of agreements and resignations before the Local or Federal Board of Conciliation and Arbitration, attention and discharge of subpoenas before the PROFECO.
Worked at ERRE ADVISORS S. DE R.L. DE C.V. from October 2018 to March 2021.
Participated in the program “ Jóvenes Construyendo el Futuro †at the Junta de Conciliación y Arbitraje as a desk assistant and projector of awards from February 2019 - August 2019.
