	General Background Ernesto Ampudia has more than 30 years of experience as an external lawyer and director of legal areas of various financial entities in the public and private sector. He has the skills to design complex legal strategies and coordinate their implementation and execution. Throughout his professional career, he has also held various positions of responsibility as a lawyer for private financial entities and public agencies, in the stock market, banking, industrial and government sectors. He has a law degree from the Intercontinental University, a diploma from the National Institute of Public Administration (INAP)
	Practice Area Ernesto Ampudia has extensive professional experience and is a specialist in the development and implementation of complex legal strategies that require the leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary legal teams with a strategic vision. Due to his extensive experience as an independent external lawyer and as legal director of the private and public financial sector, he serves as a comprehensive consultant on matters of relevance and high impact in specialized areas of corporate-commercial-financial and administrative litigation.
	Academic and Professional Activities -Legal Director of Casa de Bolsa Finamex. -Legal Director of the Promex-Finamex Financial Group. -National Legal Director of the ISSSTE Housing Fund (FOVISSSTE). -Head of the Legal Affairs Unit of the Social Security Institute of the State of Mexico and Municipalities (ISSEMyM). -Collaborated with the Legal Deputy General Directorate of the National Bank of Public Works and Services (BANOBRAS). -He was a supernumerary member of the Mexican Academy of Financial Law and a registered arbitrator at the Mexican Arbitration Center (CAM), a specialist in banking, stock market and commercial law. -He was a Member of the Legal Committee of the Mexican Association of Financial Intermediaries. -He was a member of the Legal Committee of the Mexican Bankers Association. -He has served as Secretary of the Board of Directors in various entities belonging to the financial sector. He was Director and Founding Partner of various law and consulting firms and was part of other highly prestigious firms such as Hegewisch Abogados, S.C. - Legal advisor at the Belisario DomÃnguez Institute, Legislative Research Body of the Senate of the Republic. -In teaching he was a professor of the chair of Stock Market Law at the Institute of Higher Studies of the West. (ITESO).
