Mario Olivas earned his Law Degree from Universidad del Valle de México, Lomas Verdes Campus, graduating with honors for high academic performance. He holds postgraduate studies in Corporate Law from Universidad Iberoamericana, Santa Fe Campus, and a General Course on Intellectual Property Certification from the World Intellectual Property Organization.
Mario has more than 20 years of experience in the chemical and petrochemical industry, particularly in regulatory and legal compliance on environmental matters, water, and mining; as well as in corporate and commercial law and in the negotiation of contracts related to the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of chemical plants, mines, tailings dams, and infrastructure.
