General Background
Adriana holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law at Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara campus, and is currently working on her thesis, which focuses on the analysis of the rights of irregular migrants in light of refugee rights under Public International Law.

Practice Area
Adriana currently supports the Corporate & Business practice, particularly as in-house counsel for an international pharmaceutical company, focusing on the analysis, drafting, and review of all types of contracts.

Academic and Professional Activities
Before joining the Firm, Adriana worked in the corporate and trademark litigation department of the U.S. law firm Munoz-López & Associates, where she collaborated in the formation of U.S. entities, their corporate maintenance, and the analysis and drafting of trademark litigation briefs before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Prior to that, she worked at Robles, Lazo, Gallardo & Valdez as a notarial law intern.
Adriana participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition as part of the Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara campus team, achieving third place in the national rounds ranking. Individually, she earned third place as “Best Oralist” in the preliminary rounds held in Mexico City.
She also authored an article for the American Bar Association focusing on the erga omnes obligations of states under Public International Law. |
